“It would be an honour to perform in front of the British royal family”

Last Saturday we saw Destiny perform a cover of Aretha Franklin’s Think, receiving immense praise from the judges. One of her key motivations for auditioning for the show is the opportunity the winner receives to perform in front of the British royal family. In addition, Destiny also explained how she is a “big fan” of Simon Cowell’s. She was no doubt overjoyed when he gave her the following comments after her performance: “I’ve been waiting for someone to come out who we think could be a star, and guess who it is? You. You have soul.”
