Sweden’s got your back as many Melfest artists release new music to fight PED!

No it’s not March and we are sadly not close to the next Melfest final, but it kinda feels like it as many Melodifestivalen related artists released new music. The list goes from Molly Sandén over De Vet Du to Anna Bergendahl and many more. Below we have all the new releases from Sweden for you. Together against PED (Post Eurovision Depression)

LIAMOO – Journey (EP)

Following his Melfest 2018 success back in March and climbing the charts with his entry “Last Breath”, we are very happy, that this wasn’t LIAMOO’s last breath. He now released his new EP “Journey”. The EP includes three brand new songs. “Nothing Here” from the EP and also got a music video.

Petter, Molly Sandén & SAMI – Regnet (Rain)

Molly Sandén teams up with Petter and SAMI to deliver their new single “Regnet”! Their song is a rap song, while Molly delivers the vocals for the chorus which rather sounds like a modern pop song. All voices work perfect together. Molly participated twice in Melfest so far.

De Vet Du – Vi Sjunger (We Sing)

Will Smith who? De Vet Du deliver the real song for the upcoming World Cup. “Vi Sjunger” is the perfect anthem in the De Vet Du style. The song is very sing-along friendly in the chorus and features dance parts to totally go crazy. This song needs to be part of your summer and of course while celebrating the World Cup!

Oscar Zia feat. Lamix – Vem tar hand om dig (Who cares for you)

Following his latest single “Kyss mig i slo-mo”, Oscar Zia gets together with Lamix to deliver their new single. The song is a modern song. Lamix is delivering the rap bridge to the last chorus and everything sounds very good. Oscar participated twice in Melfest. He came second in the final of 2016 with his song “Human”.

Sigrid feat. Samir – När jag ligger med nån annan (When I lie with someone else)

The couple just released their first single together. When you put them in a studio you just have to get a summer bop! Both voices work great together and it all sounds amazing. Put this on your summer playlist. Samir participated three times so far in Melfest together with his best buddy Viktor. Sigrid debuted in Melfest this year.

Mimi Werner – Innocent

Another act from this years Melfest who released a new song today is Mimi Werner. “Songburning” was already her second try in Melfest. Innocent is another tune in Mimi’s country style, which won’t disappoint you.

Sondr feat. Molly Hammar – Holding On

Yes, Molly Pettersson Hammar is back and released a new song with Sondr. “Holding On” is produced by Sondr and Molly delivers her flawless vocals for this bop! Molly will release a new song by her next week and more music will follow next month after she signed a deal with Cosmos Music!

Boris Rene – Give It to Me

Boris who took part in Melfest in 2016 and 2017 released “Give It to Me” as his new single this week. Do you like Boris Melfest entries? This is a song for you. Moreover, everybody should listen to this song. As the other songs released, this belongs on your summer playlist.

Anna Bergendahl – We were never meant to be heroes (EP)

Last but not least on our list of new releases is the new EP by Anna Bergendahl. After releasing the brilliant songs “Vice” and “Broken Melody” earlier this year, her new EP features three brand new songs. Her new music is very emotional and has an uplifting vibe. You can hear how she grows with her new music and it fits perfect to her. The whole EP is music on a brilliant level. Anna delivers!

If this amazing bunch of new music won’t cure you from Post Eurovision Depression, nothing can. We just got more amazing music for our upcoming summer.
