It seems that a media storm pays off as young Kazakh singer Daneliya Tuleshova will compete in the Kazakhstan National Final, in order to become the first entry for the Eurasian nation at Junior Eurovision.
It was previously reported that Kazakh singer who won The Voice Kids: Ukraine didn’t have a song to enter the Kazakhstan National Final to become the first entry for Kazakhstan. This was due to the fact that a song hasn’t come along that matched standards. Now that seems to have changed according to Kazakh media.
A song has been found!
Daneliya’s mentor, Nataliya Churakova had this to say to bnews.kz
“Hopefully, we chose several songs that may be appropriate for the contest and Daneliya’s vocal capabilities. Now we prepare an application for the contest, and despite the busy schedule of performances, we are preparing for audition,”
For the first time Daneliya has spoken about the prospect of representing Kazakhstan at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Due to be held in Minsk, Belarus.
“I am well aware that there are many gifted children in our country, I am familiar with many of them. And, whoever would go to the final of selection, and would get an honor to represent Kazakhstan at Eurovision, I will wholeheartedly support them,”
