Kazakhstan’s Daneliya Tuleshova reveals final version and music video for “Òzińe Sen (Seize The Time)”

This marks Kazakhstan's first ever entry in any Eurovision contest

This week, the European Broadcasting Union have been uploading the majority of this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest entries onto the official YouTube channel. Amongst the uploads are brand new music videos and song revamps. Indeed, Kazakhstan has done both and has revealed the official music video and final version of their entry Òzińe Sen (Seize The Time).

Stunning landscapes for a stunning voice

The official music video for the first-ever Kazakh entry in any Eurovision contest is set in a stunning landscape. Daneliya Tuleshova finds herself in the centre of a dramatic backdrop of mountains and cliff faces with the sun breaking through for a beautiful cinematographic effect.

This final version of the song is produced by Ivan Lopukhov. Furthermore, the Kazakh language lyrics are written by Daneliya herself alongside Kamilla Dayirova. In addition, the English lyrics were written by Artyom Kuzmenkov.

A convincing national final winner

A couple of weeks ago, Daneliya Tuleshova was crowned the winner of the Kazakh national selectionÒzińe Sen won the Kazakh public televote and placed second amongst the professional juries. As a result, Daneliya was the overall winner of the contest.

  1. Everything (song, video, vocals, singer) speaks for a victory of Kazakhstan in their debut-year. I expected a good song but we got so much more from Daneliya Tuleshova and Kazakhstan. This is stunning !
