Did you hear? Eurovision tidbits, week 41

A Eurovision grandchild, an engagement, a possible return to the Eurovision stage and a Norwegian-Spanish collaboration

Never a Sunday without a round-up of juicy (at least some!) tidbits from across the Euroverse. As always I bring you a fountain of wisdom and a peek into the Xtra good goodiebag. This week, however, we also bring you a Eurovision grandson, an engagement, a Norwegian-Spanish cooperation and more!

A grandson for Nanne and Peter!

Nanne and Peter Grönvall, who both represented Sweden at the 1996 Eurovision with “Den Vilda” as part of the group One More Time. Yesterday, they became grandparents to an adorable little boy! The baby’s father is the couple’s youngest son, Felix! All of us here at escXtra send our warmest congratulations to the whole family!

Last dance for Emmelie

Emmelie de Forest performed her last dance in this week’s episode of Vild med dans. For the third time she and partner Frederik ended up in the dance-off, and this time they came up short. Even though they felt they had done their best dance in the foxtrot, they were eliminated.
