ESCXTRA are live from Lisbon for day 5 of rehearsals ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest 2018! The countries rehearsing today, in chronological order, are Azerbaijan, Iceland, Albania, Belgium, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Israel, Belarus, Estonia, Bulgaria, F.Y.R. Macedonia, Croatia, Austria, Greece and Finland.

The latest artist to rehearse for the second time is Eye Cue for F.Y.R. Macedonia. We have just watched their latest run through of Lost and Found live on screen and here is our initial reaction.
Staging
The performance begins with Marija’s hand towards the camera and a flickery transition reveals her standing with Bojan… a pre-recorded beginning! She’s centre stage, with Bojan and the drummer to stage left and the three backing vocalists stage right.
During the chorus, Marija goes over to her backing vocalists to perform some synchronised choreography. In general, there is lots of movement throughout the performance, with Marija taking turns to interact with the camera, with Bojan and with her backing vocalists. During the second verse, Marija unleashes a costume change!
For the final chorus, the lighting changes to bright pinks, blues and yellows. For the ending, all the performers move over to the bridge and the camera walks through these dancers to see Marija and Bojan at the end of the bridge for the final shot.

Vocals
Marija’s vocals are great, and the overall vocal package can’t be faulted.
Costume
Marija’s first costume is a short metallic pink dress similar to the pink outfit she wears in the video clip. Bojan is wearing a white patterned shirt and black pants. The backing dancers are wearing black body suits with pink and orange coloured frills too. Marija’s second costume is a grey and pink netted top, with grey denim shorts.
